Welcome
Restored in 2007 and located at 100 East Main Street, the Strand Theatre Hohenwald features live music, plays and more throughout the year. The original structure was built in 1939 and is listed as an official city landmark in Hohenwald, Tennessee.
Local, regional and national artists display artwork in the Strand Art Gallery. On any given day, visitors may find handmade quilts, watercolor paintings, photography or other forms of visual arts.

Toby was the theatre’s mascot in the 1940s. He had a reserved seat on the front row and never missed a show.
